Originally from Brazil, Ananda has lived in Canada for twenty five years and has called Squamish home for the past fifteen. Her path to real estate reflects a diverse entrepreneurial background in design, fashion, and marketing. She founded a fitness fashion label that opened Toronto Fashion Week and was featured in international publications. As an athlete, she also competed alongside Team Canada in freediving, breaking national and continental records and holding a breath for six minutes and twenty seconds.

Over the past fifteen years, Ananda has worked closely with real estate development and marketing in the Squamish market, contributing to the launch of more than two hundred presale homes. This experience gives her a strong understanding of pricing strategy, buyer psychology, and how to position a property so it stands out.
